Play to Perform is the 3rd and final program in Canlan's Play Forward Pathway once your child has mastered the skills learned in Play to Develop. Play to Perform is designed for kids aged 8-14 as they look to fully round out their game. Applying the individual skills from the Play to Develop program, participants perform them in a more competitive environment and gain confidence as they transition to full ice games. Participants should already be able to pass the puck, stickhandle, and crossover before entering into Play to Perform. While in the program kids will learn how to: pass while skating, shoot in stride, make tight turns with the puck, along with many other skills. Have your child perform at their best with our instructors helping them progress through their final step in the Play Forward Pathway.
